Powerful Accounting, LLC provides bookkeeping, process implementation, tax preparation, management use financial reporting, IRS and State Taxation representation and resolution, and business consulting. We also provide periodic meetings and/or conference calls to answer questions as necessary. We have broken our business into three divisions including a Small Business Division, IRS Representation, Bankruptcy and Forensics Division, and the Tax Service and Wealth Management Division.

Fraud & Forensics Services

The services included in this field include legal regulations searches, analyzing financial reporting and analysis of details, collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses and alleged defendants.

IRS Representation Services

This division supports tax attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys, and other CPA and CFE firms that require quick response and resolution. This division primarily works on a project structure and requires teams to work together to ensure accurate and timely responses upon request.

Small Business Services

This division collectively has over 40 years of experience in Small Business Bookkeeping. All of our team members are QuickBooks ProAdvisors. This experience extends over a wide variety of industries including construction, restaurants, hair salons, interior decorating, computer consulting, non-profit and retail. We have used this experience to create a streamlined, efficient and cost-effective means of keeping your books virtually, by utilizing applications such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, TSheets, Receipt Bank, MileIQ and many others. 

Tax Preparation Services

This division is supported by Anderson, Brolin, and Coba CPA’s LLC and Investmark. The primary managers of this division are Keith Anderson, CPA and Lisa Coba, CPA, MST. The primary work this division reforms is tax return preparation, tax planning, retirement and estate planning, as well as answer questions that may arise from the other divisions.
